Delivery Details

Once you place your order, we will confirm it via email. All orders placed Monday through Friday before 02:00 pm AEST will be processed within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, that you can enter here and see where your package is. Delivery typically takes 4-8 business days (Mon-Fri). We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

Delayed Orders

Due to many occurrences (such as peak holiday time, Christmas,..) your delivery can be delayed, unfortunately there's nothing we can do, just give us additional 3 business days (Mon-Fri) for the delivery. If you order does not arrive by then, please contact our customer support and we will find out what is going on for you.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible after your order has been placed. Once the order has been processed we won't be able to cancel it anymore.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to info@themerredin.com and let us know your order number and photos of product. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but sometimes this can happen. Do not worry, we will do our best to get you the right non-damaged item.
