Return and Refund Policy
Key Information
- 30 days to start the return process.
- There is no restocking fee.
- The refund process takes 14 days.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Process
If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 30 days to return them no matter what the reason is. It is very simple, to start the process, simply mail us at info@themerredin.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed. All items must be returned in their original sale condition, unworn, unwashed, or unaltered, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. After you carefully pack the items, send them to us using a reliable courier.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days. If it takes any longer, please contact us and we will find out what is going on.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item that you are not satisfied with please contact us at info@themerredin.com.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible after your order has been placed. Once the order has been processed we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to info@themerredin.com and let us know your order number and photos of product. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but sometimes this can happen. Do not worry, we will do our best to get you the right non-damaged item.
